Pure Radio Scotland’s bubbly host, Amber Zoe Livingstone, is set to entertain Tayside commuters as she brings her popular drive-time show to Dundee, Perth and the surrounding areas.

Amber has already been providing her listeners in Glasgow, Edinburgh and Stirlingshire with some much-needed musical respite during lockdown with the Lift Home show.

When Pure Radio makes its move to Tayside from 6 July on 102 & 106.6 FM, Amber will be bringing a fusion of fun and exciting music, random musings on life and news, travel and weather updates to the airwaves from 4pm to 7pm every weekday.

She will be joining hosts Robin Galloway, Lynne Hoggan and Paul Harper who have already been confirmed to present for Tayside.

Amber – who has been running her show since late 2019 – said she can’t contain her excitement.

She said: “I’m so excited to bring Pure Radio to Tayside and show everyone what we have to offer.

“You can hear me weekdays from 4 pm -7 pm on the Lift Home (or the Lockdown as it’s been renamed in recent times!). I’ve got Scotland’s best music – I genuinely love it and one of the best parts of my day is playing some of my favourite songs and having a boogie and a blether.”

Her Tayside show will provide live local updates of the weather in and around the area, along with detailed traffic updates.

“There will be travel updates to get you home safely every 20 minutes, we have the most travel for Scotland, and of course, if I do say so myself, I’ve got some alright chat,” she added.

“Get involved! Amber Lift Home Tayside, Dundee and Perth – it’s gonna be Pure brilliant!”

Tune your FM Radio to 102 & 106.6 FM from 6 July to hear Pure Radio Scotland in Dundee, Perth and Tayside.
