IT’s been a jam-packed few days of football with EFL Cup semi-finals, shocks galore in the FA Cup and the transfer window entering the last few hours before it closes until the summer. On top of that, there is a round of midweek Premier League matches and so here are some score forecasts from Adam Lanigan.

Adam’s Predictions

Arsenal 2 Watford 0

Arsenal should heap further pressure on Walter Mazzarri at Watford with a comfortable home victory.

Bournemouth 2 Crystal Palace 1

Crystal Palace are still searching for their first league win under Sam Allardyce and the wait will continue.

Burnley 1 Leicester 0

The Clarets are good at home and the Foxes are bad away. That status quo will remain.

Liverpool 1 Chelsea 1

Liverpool will stop the rot of losses at Anfield, but Chelsea would sign for a point straight away.

Middlesbrough 0 West Brom 0

As the two managers chase last minute-arrivals, the two sides will cancel each other out.

Sunderland 1 Tottenham 2

A hard-fought three points on the road to keep Spurs’ title hopes alive.

Swansea 1 Southampton 1

The big guns who took Southampton to Wembley in the EFL Cup will be back and that should be enough for a share of the spoils in South Wales.
