STEVEN GERRARD could be the next Rangers manager.
The former Liverpool and England captain is reported to be one of the names on director of football Mark Allen’s shortlist.
And according to The Sun, the Anfield legend has held talks with the Ibrox club.
Graeme Murty has been in charge since the sacking of Pedro Caixinha, but a series of poor results makes it unlikely he’ll get the job.
For Gerrard, currently managing Liverpool’s under-18s, it would be his first senior managerial role.
