The Fish Works is lucky to have access to the freshest local Scottish ingredients; its fish is expertly selected from Peterhead by its Fish Merchant; and its whole langoustines are landed daily in Largs. The ethos at The Fish Works is to give customers fresh food, handmade and expertly cooked in the best traditional way. Closed from December 24 while the fish market is closed and reopening January 11 2024.

Dunkeld Fish Bar sells all the usual products, but in addition to classics like black pudding, the fish bar also sells Stornaway black pudding, custom-made haggis, fresh onion rings and homemade tartar sauce. The Fish Bar also has a pizza oven and makes fresh Italian style pizzas. The onion rings aren’t bought in – they use fresh. The tartare sauce is homemade. Fresh is best at the Dunkeld Fish Bar.
