A man who absconded from Edinburgh has been arrested after more than a week on the run. Andrew Waddell was last seen shortly after 3pm on Wednesday May 8 in Colinton Road. The 31-year-old was traced on Wednesday in Stranraer, Dumfries and Galloway. He is expected to appear at Edinburgh Sheriff Court tomorrow.
