Two men have been charged after a series of break-ins at businesses around Scotland.
The men, from the south of England, were arrested in connection with seven incidents between Sunday August 30 and Sunday September 6.
They took place in Aberdeen, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Glenrothes, Forres and Elgin.
Detective Sergeant John Lumsden, from Aberdeen CID, said: “Police Scotland is committed to tackling serious and organised crime and we rely on information from our communities to help us.
“I want to thank the public for their assistance with our investigation and colleagues at North Wales Police, who were also involved.”
The incidents took place at the Matalan store in Nitshill Road, Glasgow; Marks & Spencer in Denmore Road, Aberdeen; Mackenzie & Cruickshank Garden Centre in Greshop Road, Forres; Harbro in Edgar Road, Elgin; Poundstretcher on the Saltire Retail Park in Glenrothes; Matalan in Seafield Way, Edinburgh; and Costa in Cogan Road, Glasgow.
The two men, both 31, were due to appear at Aberdeen Sheriff Court on Monday.
