A second person has been charged with murder in connection with the death of a man found seriously injured in a flat.
Alan Ritchie, 61, was found in a property in Kennishead Avenue, Glasgow, at around 10pm on March 10.
He died at the scene a short time later.
A 49-year-old man was arrested in connection with the death.
Michael Toal appeared at the city’s Sheriff Court on Thursday, charged with murder.
On Tuesday 31-year-old Terence Morgan, also from Glasgow, was also charged with murder when he appeared at the court.
Both men made no plea and they were remanded in custody pending a further court appearance.
