A man who died in a collision involving a bus and a van has been named by police.
Darren Mills, 32, who was driving the van and was from Dundee, died at the scene of the crash on the A90 in Angus at 8.10am on Thursday.
Seven people were taken to Ninewells Hospital in Dundee for treatment.
Police are appealing for anyone with information about the crash, which happened at the Petterden junction, to contact them.
Inspector Greg Burns from Dundee’s Road Policing Unit said: “Our thoughts remain with Mr Mills’s family at this sad time.
“His family have described him as a much-loved son, brother and uncle who will be sadly missed.
“Our investigations continue and I would urge anyone who witnessed the collision or may have dashcam footage of the incident who have not yet spoken to the police to do so on 101, quoting reference number 0550 of March 12.”
The Scottish Ambulance Service said it sent “multiple resources” to the scene, including seven ambulances, a helimed air ambulance and trauma teams.
