The Fun Section returns in next weekend’s Sunday Post

Post Thumbnail

It’s a Sunday Post tradition that dates back to the very first appearance of The Broons and Oor Wullie in 1936 – and from next week the Fun Section is back!

Scotland’s favourite newspaper is bringing back the fun, literally, with eight pages packed with the puzzles, games, brain teasers and comics our readers have grown to love over the years but now with even more fun.

The new and improved Fun Section will return Oor Wullie and The Broons to their rightful place, at the front and centre of our newspaper, just like they were when they were drawn by the late, great Dudley D Watkins and just like they are today in the hearts and minds of our readers.

The Fun Section is an old favourite.

We’ve also brought back some classic children’s puzzles and games, so each edition will feature well-known teasers such as join the dots, a kids’ number cruncher and a big family word search.

And don’t worry, we’ve still got everything that makes our current puzzles section so great.

All the favourites are still here, our great weekly quiz, the prize cryptic and easy crosswords, sudoku, wordwheel, spot the difference and more.

We will also continue to bring you stories from Wee Harry and some comic skulduggery in PC Murdoch mysteries each week.

We hope you like it!
