IT is a shortened version of PREMIER LEAGUE WEEKLY, but here is a look ahead to all of today’s eight matches.

Adam’s Saturday Scores

FULHAM 3 WATFORD 2

Attack looks like the best form of defence for Fulham. The Cottagers should use that policy against in-form Watford in a game that looks to have plenty of goals in it.

BURNLEY 2 BOURNEMOUTH 1

It has been a very poor start for Burnley. But with them out of Europe and bottom of the table, Sean Dyche will be targeting this as three points and I think they will get them.

CARDIFF 1 MANCHESTER CITY 3

Manchester City were very poor in losing to Lyon in the Champions League. Cardiff offer a very different challenge, which City should overcome, albeit with a scare or two.

CRYSTAL PALACE 2 NEWCASTLE 0

Newcastle have suffered narrow defeats to four of the Big Six. But a trip to face Palace and Wilfried Zaha may not offer too much respite.

LEICESTER 2 HUDDERSFIELD 0

Leicester were torn apart at Bournemouth seven days ago, so a response will be demanded. However, this looks like the ideal fixture to return to winning ways against struggling Huddersfield.

LIVERPOOL 3 SOUTHAMPTON 0

Life is good for all at Liverpool. It’s six wins from six in all competitions and this should be a magnificent seventh over the Saints.

MANCHESTER UNITED 2 WOLVES 0

Wolves have looked very comfortable on their return to the top flight. But this is a step up and United will feel better for three straight wins.

BRIGHTON 1 TOTTENHAM 1

Tottenham badly need to stop the rot after three defeats. But a trip to Sussex is never a guaranteed three points for the big boys
