An additional seven nights have been added on to the Elfingrove Christmas spectacular this winter at Glasgow’s Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum.

After huge demand for tickets, dates have been extended to run from December 5 to January 5 (excluding December 24-26 and December 31 to January 2).

Oli Norman, CEO of itison and creator of Elfingrove, said: “The response to Elfingrove has been phenomenal – we asked people to believe – and they have!

“Our hope when launching any new event is that we capture people’s imaginations, but never in our wildest dreams did we anticipate just how popular Elfingrove would be.

“We can’t wait for our first guests to experience what we have in store!”

Described as Night at the Museum meets GlasGLOW at Christmas, the production will transform the city’s most loved museum into a spectacular Christmas show with a spell-binding night-time tour, where inhabitants come to life and an ancient secret is finally revealed.

Tickets for the new dates will be released on Tuesday 8th October at 12noon at itison.com/elfingrove
