SCOTTISH band Biffy Clyro have announced dates for a new tour.

The tour will follow the release of the rockers’ first acoustic album, ‘MTV Unplugged: Live at the Roundhouse London’, on May 25th.

Recorded at the Roundhouse in November last year, the set signalled the relaunch of the MTV Unplugged series.

In taking part, Biffy are following in the footsteps of Nirvana, Oasis and George Michael.

MTV will also broadcast a premiere of the acoustic session on Friday May 25th at 9pm.

The set-list is full of fan favourites, featuring ‘Machines’, ‘Many of Horror’, ‘Bubbles’ and ‘The Captain’.

The band will also perform their own version of Beach Boys classic ‘God Only Knows’, and debut brand new track ‘Different Kind of Love’.

Tickets for the tour go on general sale from 9am on Friday 11th May via www.livenation.co.uk.
