THIS summer has left many of us wondering whether going abroad is worth the hassle, or whether a staycation and a great British holiday is perhaps a little more relaxing.

As a thrifty travel blogger, I’m no stranger to finding a good deal, and there’s nothing I like more than discovering a quality destination for a fraction of the usual price.

There’s a thrill in finding a good holiday deal, but often it’s harder to find brilliant bargains during the school holidays – however it’s not impossible, and with supply and demand the real stickler in the prices of getaways, the fact the sun is shining hard in the UK is meaning cheaper deals abroad this summer.

Read on to discover the best last minute bargains going for under £200 this summer.

Corfu, Greece

With its azure coves, white sand beaches and historical significance, Corfu is one of the most popular islands in Greece. Don’t let its popularity put you off however, as quieter beaches and coves are still discoverable on this Ionian paradise.
