Aldi Sloe Gin Mince Tarts
MINCE pies are a Christmas staple. They’re as festive as tinsel and watching Love Actually for 500th time.
This week, Aldi have announced something really special: Sloe gin mince pies.
The new Sloe Gin Mince Tarts have been described as “a very sophisticated alternative to the traditional mince pies” and are stuffed to the brim with a sloe gin and mincemeat filling and sprinkled with almond flakes.
The festive treats will be available at an Aldi near you on the 14th November and will set you back a very reasonable £2.29.
Of course, this isn’t the first Christmas-themed gin product to pop up this year and it certainly won’t be the last.
