Warm berry brioche

Ingredients

550 g (1 lb 4 oz) mixed berries
75 g (3 oz) sugar
1 x 405 g can Carnation Condensed Milk Light
4 eggs, beaten
2 tsp ground cinnamon
50 g (2 oz) butter
12 thick slices fruit brioche

Place berries in a pan with three tbsp water and sugar. Heat gently and bring to boil then allow to simmer for one minute. Set aside. Meanwhile, whisk condensed milk, eggs and cinnamon with three tbsp water.

Heat a little butter in a non-stick frying pan.

Dip each slice of brioche into egg mix, allowing it to soak for a few seconds. Fry dipped slices until browned on each side. Serve topped with fruit.
