Chargrilled vegetable and hummus wraps
Ingredients 1 red and 1 yellow pepper Deseed peppers and slice into strips. Top and tail courgette and slice into rounds. Toss vegetables in a little olive oil and season with salt. Chargrill on a ridged griddle
pan or under a hot grill in a tray for 4 to 5 minutes, or until soft. (serves 4) |
