Sweet pork and chilli stir fry
Ingredients 450 g (1 lb) lean pork stir fry strips Heat a little oil in a wok until hot. Add meat and stir fry for 6 to 8 minutes, or until browned and cooked through. Add pepper, onion, garlic and ginger and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Add watercress, chilli and fish or soy sauce and continue to stir fry for 1 to 2 minutes, or until leaves have wilted. |
