Sugar pitta strips with Turkish Delight 
ice cream

Ingredients

4 Mission Wheat and White Pittas
1 egg white, beaten lightly
2 tbsp icing sugar
250 g (9 oz) Turkish Delight, cut into small pieces
500 g (1 lb 2 oz) vanilla ice cream, softened slightly

Brush pittas with egg and sprinkle over icing sugar. Bake in a hot oven for a few minutes until golden. Cut into strips. Stir Turkish Delight into ice cream then return to freezer for a few minutes until starting to firm. Scoop into serving glasses and serve with pitta strips.
