½ cup oatmeal ½ cup milk 1 knob butter 1 tsp sugar 150 ml (5 fl oz) double cream 1 tbsp icing sugar 1 eating apple, cored and diced 1 tbsp vanilla vodka (or 1 tsp vanilla essence) Lemon juice 225 g (8 oz) raspberries 3 tbsp sweetener (or sugar to taste) Put oatmeal in a pan with one and a half cups of water and the milk and bring to boil. Add butter and simmer, stirring, for around 10 minutes. Switch off heat, mix in sugar and leave to cool. |
