Pork with Chinese greens

Ingredients

225 g (8 oz) lean sliced pork
1 cm (˝ in) root ginger, peeled and sliced thinly
1 clove garlic, crushed
6 spring onions, cut into 5 cm 
(2 in) lengths
150 g (5 oz) baby pak choi, separated into leaves
75 g (3 oz) shiitake mushrooms
1 x 350 g pack fresh cut vegetable stir-fry
˝tsp Chinese 5-spice powder
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp sherry
