Peppery soy prawns

Ingredients

16 large prawns (uncooked)
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1 tbsp freshly ground black pepper
1 tbsp Kikkoman Soy Sauce

Peel prawns, leaving tips on tails. Heat a wok and dry fry prawns for 2 minutes then push to one side and add a little oil and garlic to centre of pan. Fry for 1 minute. Add pepper and soy sauce and stir everything together then cook, stirring, for 2 minutes. Cover with a lid and cook for 1 final minute.
