Ingredients
250 g pot Galbani Santa Lucia Ricotta
2 tbsp honey
200 g (7 oz) mixed fresh fruit
4 sweet crepes
2 tbsp icing sugar
Mix ricotta cheese with honey until smooth. Cut fruit into small cubes and fold into ricotta mix. Divide mix between crepes and fold up before sprinkling with icing sugar.
