New Year noodles

Ingredients

1 x 150 g (5 oz) chicken breast, sliced thinly
150 g (5 oz) tail-on raw king prawns
1 cm (½ in) root ginger, grated
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 red chilli, deseeded and chopped
75 g (3 oz) mangetout
1 x 350 g pack fresh cut mushroom stir-fry
1 x 300 g pack fresh noodles
3 tbsp black bean sauce
1 tbsp sherry

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok. Add chicken and stir-fry over a high heat for 3 minutes. Add prawns and cook for 3 more minutes. Add ginger, garlic, chilli, mangetout and mushrooms and stir-fry over a high heat for 2 minutes. Add noodles, black bean sauce and sherry, stir through and cook for a couple of minutes until piping hot.
