| New Year noodles |

Ingredients 1 x 150 g (5 oz) chicken breast, sliced thinly Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok. Add chicken and stir-fry over a high heat for 3 minutes. Add prawns and cook for 3 more minutes. Add ginger, garlic, chilli, mangetout and mushrooms and stir-fry over a high heat for 2 minutes. Add noodles, black bean sauce and sherry, stir through and cook for a couple of minutes until piping hot. |
