Mustard fish steaks

 

Ingredients

4 firm white fish steaks
2 tbsp oil
4 tsp Maille Dijon Originale Mustard
1 tbsp flat leaf parsley, chopped

Preheat oven to 200C, 400F or gas mark 6.

Season fish on both sides with salt and pepper. Heat 2 tbsp oil in an ovenproof pan. Fry fish on one side until crisp and then brush mustard over top. Bake in oven for around 5 minutes, or until cooked through. Sprinkle with parsley.
