Mushroom burgers

Ingredients

4 large field mushrooms
1 clove garlic, crushed
4 crusty ciabatta rolls
Lettuce, tomato slices and hummus to serve

Place mushrooms in a shallow dish and pour over 2 tbsp oil. Add garlic and season with salt and pepper. Toss well to coat. Leave to marinate for at least 10 minutes. Place mushrooms on a hot barbecue, gill side down, and cook for 4 minutes. Turn and cook for a further 4 minutes, or until tender and slightly browned. Place mushrooms on a plate, gill side down, and allow to sit for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, toast rolls on barbecue. Fill with lettuce and tomato and top with mushrooms. Spoon over a little hummus, if liked.
