Ingredients: (Serves 32) 200 g (7 oz) white marzipan Dust work surface and rolling pin with icing sugar and roll out marzipan to about 3 mm thick. Cut out circles the size of an egg cup from the marzipan, making enough circles to cover all the Maltesers. Wrap Maltesers with marzipan until they can no longer be seen. Melt chocolate in a bowl over simmering water. Dip each sweet, one by one, in the chocolate and scoop them out using a spoon, without picking up too much chocolate. Place sweets onto baking parchment on a tray and place in the fridge to harden. |
