Marshmallow party buns

Ingredients

1 pack ready-to-roll fondant icing
Food colouring
1 pack fairy cakes or sweet buns 
Apricot jam
Princess Marshmallows
4 tbsp icing sugar 
Sweets and sugar decorations

Make up different colours of fondant by kneading in a little food colouring. Roll out fondant and cut into circles big enough to cover cake tops. Use jam to stick icing to cakes.

Mix a little water into icing sugar to make a smooth paste. Add food colouring as required and use to fill a piping bag.

Use icing to stick sweets, decorations and Princess Marshmallows on to cakes and add eyes, smiles, swirls or whatever else you’d like.
