Lime and coconut crunchies

Ingredients

50 g (2 oz) butter, softened
75 g (3 oz) icing sugar
100 g (4 oz) plain flour
¼ tsp baking powder
Zest and juice of 2 limes
1 large Lion Quality egg, beaten
50 g (2 oz) desiccated coconut 
25 g (1 oz) large coconut shreds

To decorate

65 g (2½ oz) icing sugar
