Lamb patties

Ingredients: (Makes 6)

50 g (2 oz) sun-dried tomatoes, finely diced
500 g (1 lb 2 oz) lean lamb mince
1 tsp dried oregano
200 g (7 oz) FAGE Feta cheese, finely diced
½ red onion, finely diced


Mix ingredients together with some salt and pepper. Divide mix into 6 balls and shape into patties. Chill for at least 20 minutes. Barbecue for 8 to 10 minutes or until cooked through.
