Instant banana ice cream 



Ingredients

*4 bananas, peeled, cut into chunks and frozen overnight
½ tsp vanilla essence
3-4 tbsp Fruisana Fruit Sugar
150 ml (5 fl oz) buttermilk


Tip frozen banana chunks into a food processor with vanilla essence, Fruisana and half of buttermilk. Process for a few moments. While motor is still running, add remaining buttermilk in a thin, steady stream. Let processor run until mixture is smooth and creamy then serve at once.

* Make sure the banana pieces don’t stick together while freezing by spreading out on a tray in the freezer.
