Ham-wrapped figs with feta

Ingredients

4 fresh figs
100 g (4 oz) feta cheese, cut into 4
4 basil leaves
4 slices Black Forest ham
1 tbsp each of clear honey and balsamic vinegar

Cut deep crosses into tops of figs and stuff with feta and basil leaves. Wrap each fig in a slice of ham and secure with a skewer. Brush with a little olive oil and barbecue over a medium heat for 10 minutes, or until cheese melts. Meanwhile, whisk 3 tbsp olive oil with honey and vinegar and drizzle over figs once ready.
