Ham-wrapped figs with feta
Ingredients 4 fresh figs Cut deep crosses into tops of figs and stuff with feta and basil leaves. Wrap each fig in a slice of ham and secure with a skewer. Brush with a little olive oil and barbecue over a medium heat for 10 minutes, or until cheese melts. Meanwhile, whisk 3 tbsp olive oil with honey and vinegar and drizzle over figs once ready. |
