| Grilled sardines with lemony glaze |
Ingredients:
(Serves 4)
250 g (9 oz) Total Greek Yoghurt
Juice and zest of 1 lemon
12 pitted green olives, chopped
4 egg yolks
100 g (4 oz) mozzarella cheese, grated
8 very fresh sardines
Mix all ingredients except sardines together.
Barbecue sardines, turning once, for 3 minutes.
Spoon glaze liberally over sardines and continue to cook until golden brown.
