Ginger, garlic and soy chicken

Ingredients

250 g (9 oz) chicken breast
2 tbsp sesame oil
2 cloves garlic, sliced thinly
2 ½ cm (1 in) root ginger, cut into fine strips
2 tbsp Kikkoman Soy Sauce
1 pinch black pepper

Cut chicken into strips and tenderise a little with a mallet. Rub with sesame oil and set aside for 15 minutes. Heat a little oil in a wok, add garlic and fry until light brown. Add chicken and fry for 2 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and cook for 1 minute. Add 2 tbsp water and cook, stirring, for 2 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
