Chow mein with prawns
Ingredients 225 g (8 oz) medium egg noodles Cook noodles according to pack instructions. Meanwhile, heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok, add spring onions, carrot, mange tout, prawns, garlic, ginger and chilli and stir fry for 2 to 3 minutes. Transfer to a bowl and keep warm. Add 1 tbsp oil to wok and pour in eggs. Cook, stirring, until scrambled. Add soy sauce, noodles and vegetable mix and stir fry for 1 minute. |
