Chocolate buttery snowmen truffles

Ingredients

100 g (4 oz) plain chocolate
100 g (4 oz) Free Range Anchor Butter
275 g (10 oz) icing sugar
White chocolate, grated finely
Red and green fondant icing

Melt plain chocolate. Add butter and heat gently until melted. Stir in icing sugar. Cool. Roll mix into small balls. Roll balls in grated white chocolate until well coated. Make balls into little snowmen. Make hats and noses with fondant and attach to snowmen with a little jam or cocktail sticks.
