Melting chocolate and orange puddings 

Ingredients

300 g (10 ½ oz) dark chocolate (70 per cent cocoa), chopped
Grated rind of 1 orange
75 g (3 oz) Country Life Unsalted Butter
50 g (2 oz) light brown soft sugar
5 medium organic British eggs
50 g (2 oz) plain flour, sifted
4 tbsp thick cut orange marmalade

Preheat oven to 200C, 400F or gas mark 6. Butter 6 x 150 ml (1 /4 pt) pudding tins or ramekins.

Melt chocolate with orange rind in a bowl and stir until smooth. Allow to cool a little.

Place remaining ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Add melted chocolate and whizz again until well combined. Divide mix between tins or ramekins. Place on a baking tray and bake for 9 minutes. Serve at once.
