Chilli beef wraps



Ingredients


4 large flour tortillas
170 g (6 oz) hummus
250 g (9 oz) roast beef slices
100 g (4 oz) rocket leaves
8 red radishes, sliced thinly
½ small red onion, finely sliced
Chilli sauce 


Warm the tortillas then spread with hummus. Top with beef, rocket, radish and onion. Drizzle with chilli sauce to taste. Fold up the bottom of the tortilla then the sides to enclose the filling.
