Cheesy Parma ham croissants

Ingredients

4 croissants
175 g (6 oz) Brie, sliced thinly
Watercress sprigs
1 mango, peeled, stoned and sliced
12 slices Parma ham

Warm croissants in a medium oven before splitting in half. Fill with cheese, a few watercress sprigs, mango slices and Parma ham. Season with black pepper and drizzle over a little olive oil.
