Anzac sundae
Ingredients 12 Anzac biscuits, Break biscuits into quarters. Place apricots, orange juice and honey in a pan and simmer on a low heat for 12 minutes, or until fruit has softened. Cool. Place two apricot halves in the bottom of each of 4 serving glasses. Layer in biscuit pieces, ice cream, passion fruit, remaining apricots and juice and finish with a layer of biscuits. |
