White chocolate fudge
Ingredients 350 g (12 oz) Billington’s Golden Caster Sugar Place sugar, butter and evaporated milk in a pan with a pinch of salt. Heat gently until sugar has dissolved. Increase heat and bring to boil, stirring. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and chocolate. Stir until chocolate has melted and mix is smooth. |
