Tomato, feta and mint salad

Ingredients

450 g (1 lb) Extra Special Sweet Vine Tomatoes
150 g (5 oz) feta cheese
1 bunch mint, chopped
Red wine vinegar and olive oil, to drizzle

Halve tomatoes and lay on a serving plate. Crumble cheese over and scatter mint on top. Drizzle over a little vinegar and oil.
