Spruced up sprouts

Ingredients

4 Porkinson Bangers
100 g (4 oz) streaky bacon, chopped
50 g (2 oz) breadcrumbs
450 g (1 lb) small Brussels sprouts

Heat a little oil in a pan and fry sausages until browned all over and cooked through. Slice.

In a non-stick pan, brown bacon pieces until crisp then remove. Add 2 tbsp oil to bacon pan and fry breadcrumbs golden brown.

Cook sprouts in lightly salted boiling water until just tender. Drain, add a knob of butter, sausage slices and bacon bits and toss together. Top with fried crumbs.
