100 ml (4 fl oz) vodka
2 x 400 g cans chopped tomatoes
3 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp garam masala
4 tsp sugar
½ tsp chilli powder
1 ½ tsp celery salt
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
3 tsp Tabasco
1 small onion, chopped finely
Pop everything in a liquidiser with 200 ml (7 fl oz) water
and 6 tbsp olive oil and blitz until smooth. Season with salt and black
pepper. Chill well. Serve drizzled with a little olive oil.
