225 g (8 oz) each of blueberries and halved strawberries
175 g (6 oz) raspberries
Grated zest and juice of 1 lime
4 tsp runny honey
250 g (9 oz) natural yoghurt
1 small bunch mint
Place fruit in a bowl with lime zest and juice and 2 tsp of honey. Mix gently. Sprinkle on a few small mint leaves.
Place yoghurt in a bowl and stir in remaining honey. Snip remaining mint into small pieces and stir into yoghurt.
Serve fruit with yoghurt.
