Hot chocolate

Ingredients

100 g (4 oz) plain chocolate (at least 70 per cent cocoa)
600 ml (1 pt) So Good Soya (or milk)
Ground cinnamon to serve

Place chocolate and 2 tbsp water in a pan and heat until chocolate has melted. Stir in soya and heat, whisking. Pour into mugs or heatproof glasses and sprinkle over cinnamon.
