115 g (4 oz) butter
80 g (3 oz) Fruisana
80 g (3 oz) each of walnuts and glace cherries, finely chopped
80 g (3 oz) sultanas
Preheat oven to 180C, 350F or gas mark 4. Line 2 greased baking sheets with rice paper.
Melt butter and Fruisana in a pan over a low heat. Take off heat and stir in remaining ingredients. Drop teaspoons of mix onto rice paper. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Leave to cool on baking sheets before placing on a cooling rack. Trim away excess rice paper.
