Berry and lime cheesecake

Ingredients

125 g (4 1 ⁄ 2 oz) low fat oat or digestive biscuits, crushed
25 g (1 oz) low fat spread, melted
1 x 300 g tub low fat cream cheese
200 g (7 oz) Carnation Condensed Milk
Finely grated zest and juice of 3 limes
200 g (7 oz) summer fruits sauce
150 g (5 oz) mixed berries

Mix biscuit crumbs with spread and divide between four serving glasses. Press down.

Beat cream cheese with condensed milk until smooth and slightly frothy. Add lime zest and juice and mix. Spoon over crumb bases. Chill until set. Top with sauce and berries.
