LES McKeown answers 10 quick fire questions as Bay City Rollers’ reunion brings rollermania to Scotland once again.

Pleased about the Bay City Rollers reunion? Pretty much. It’s taken on a life of its own and snowballed, but I’m happy reliving the past.

There will be time for new solo stuff later. Will you all leave your egos at home? I never, ever leave my ego at home. It’s part of my personality.

But I hope we’re mature enough now to have disagreements and carry on. Will Eric Faulkner get on board? No idea. Word has gone out but he’s not keen.

He might change his mind when he realises how much money he’s going to miss out on.

regrets about the more public aspects of your life? No.

Rehab helped me, but I was worried how family and fans would react.

They’ve been great and now have a deeper understanding of what I was going through. Any nearer to getting monies owed to you from the past? Yes.

I predict it’s very close now. We hope to settle soon. Forgive or get even? I’m always a forgiver.

I’ve forgiven the late Tam Paton, our ex manager, who landed us in money troubles. If I didn’t, he’d have a hold over me. The one person who changed your life? My wife Peko who undoubtedly saved my life.

We met in 1978 and she’s shown remarkable love, honesty, integrity and support to me. If you had your time over, what would you change? I’d have tried to get rid of Tam Paton earlier.

We should’ve had a chat as a band, decided to stay together, and fired him. Your favourite pop song, and why? Dance Ballerina Dance by Nat King Cole. I love his voice and the arrangement. You have 24 hours left to live. How do you spend the time? I’d honour any commitments, play a gig, just carry on as usual. I’d then kiss my wife and just go.

I have no one I need to say sorry to, so I’ll be fine.
