OUR HOSPICE appeal has burst through the £50,000 mark. Last week, kind-hearted readers contributed nearly £9000 to the fund which will be used to build a new children's hospice for Scotland on the banks of Loch Lomond. Among them was one generous lady who anonymously sent us £4000. Madam, whoever you are, wherever you are, we are very grateful. Despite this encouraging start to our campaign we still need much, much more money if we, along with CHAS, are to realise our dream.
